Website maintenance is excluded from this offer.
When the website is delivered, a short basic training is done in a video tutorial format so that you can carry out the maintenance yourself.
The payment conditions are: 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end of the project
How will I approach your web design?
As your freelance web designer I will work in the following way so that your web project or online store comes to life.
1. Conceptualization
We will talk about the idea you have and confirm the requirements for your website or online store project. I will send you the budget with an estimate of the execution times. From the first payment of 50% I will send you a general project information form for you to fill out, and tell you how I will need you to send me the texts.
2. Design proposal
The proposal will be online and you will be able to review the design from different devices. It will be created based on your company's corporate image, current market standards and user experience.
3. First round of modifications
You have two unlimited Modification Rounds. At the time the home page is delivered to you, you must send the first Round of Modifications in a single communication (preferably in Word format).
4. Development
Once the first round of modifications has been applied, I will continue with the rest of the sections of the website. Throughout the process, you will be able to see the evolution of the project and you will be able to comment on it. Communication in this phase is vital for development to be fluid and on the right track.
5. Second round of modifications
It is important that you take the time to review the page carefully and make sure it is exactly how you want it. The modifications are unlimited but the batches of modifications are not. The goal is for the website to be impeccable!
6. Launch and Training
At this point the page will be finished. We set a day for the migration and putting it online. I will also give you a video training to see how to edit any aspect of the page (structure, texts, images, products...).
Things to keep in mind
It is important that, as far as possible, you have prepared all the texts and images at the beginning of the project. It helps me a lot to understand and design the page.
I can search the images for you and optimize them for weight and size. But this service has an additional cost.
You can contact me whenever you need, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Regarding calls, it is important that they be planned, that is, let me know when you want us to talk and I will propose a time to connect.
You should avoid sending small modifications distributed and sent in several emails. For specific modifications you have to use the 2 rounds of modifications or even the training session.
Trainings usually last between 30 and 45 minutes. It is a session where we share the computer screen to teach you how to use the page and answer all your questions.
